First…

If you blog, use wordpress, or plan to, you may remember me telling you about a must have utility that I use regularly, WPTwin. In fact the other day I used it to create 2 new membership sites and took me less than 45 min from start to finish. Before I got this blog ‘cloning’ tool, I regularly spent 4-5 hours on each site I setup. This utility is most responsible for allowing me to create 4 membership sites in the last few weeks alone and 2 more nearly ready to launch.

WPTwin regularly sells for just under 100 every day, and I was happy to pay that when I bought my copy. Worth every penny. I mean, it saved me over 20 hours of work just in the past few weeks alone.

Now for the next few days, you can pick up WPTwin for 20% less, plus get 9 more products as well, one which sells for $127 by itself. And if you pick it up, drop me a note and I’ll share my tips on how to best use WPTwin to knock out new sites fast.

Even if you don’t need the blog cloning tool, you may want the other 9.

Check this out today.

Second…

We know how essential reliable hosting is for any internet marketer or blogger. And if you can get world class hosting from one of the top providers in the world for as little as .99 cents a month or just $36 for three years, you’d jump on it right?

Well, for today (Friday, November 26th) only, you can get up to 80% off all their already low hosting, including unlimited shared, reseller, VPS, and dedicated packages. And when the 80% accounts are sold out, you can still get 50% off for the whole day. Even if you already have hosting, at these rates it’s worth checking out:

80% off World Class Hosting – Today, One Day Only

I’m told the 80% off accounts are available between 5am and 9am CST Friday or until they’re sold out. 50% off from midnight tonight until midnight Friday night. This is the same company we trust to host all our sites and blogs and have been with them for almost 5 years now.

Hope this helps!

Maybe you have a few blogs, maybe you have a 500 autoblog network.

What most of us have in common is that the details for each blog are normally scattered among emails, pieces of paper, notebooks, bookmarks, spreadsheets, our memories and coffee stained sticky notes.

And what happens when you have more than just a few blogs is that all the details become challenging to keep straight in your head. At least it is for me .

Details like:

blog login

hosting login

domain registrar & expiration date

seo details

ranking keyword positions and details

promotional activity log

tasks to do

monetization

income/expenses

and more…

After struggling with trying to keep all the details straight and watching some of my blogs literally die from lack of attention, I did something about it.

I created a software application, AutoBlog Commander, that will help you manage every aspect of your blogs. Whether you have a handful or a network of hundreds of blogs, you can now keep all the details in one place. You can now control your blogs so you can concentrate on more important things like monetizing them.

Users are calling AutoBlog Commander:

“Perfect”

“Phenomenal”

“Amazing”

“Must Have For Internet Marketers”

Users have also found that AutoBlog Commander is perfect to manage their niche sites as well. So whether you have blogs, niche sites, or both, you can keep everything straight easily!

As you may know, the long awaited WordPress Version 3.0 was released a few days ago and is now available to download directly from WordPress.org or upgrade through your control panel.

But should you upgrade now?

Well, yes and no… my answer will depend on a few things.

If you have a simple blog that doesn’t use many plugins, then I may upgrade to 3.0.

But, if you run many plugins that are essential to your blog or run membership sites using plugins like WishList for example, my answer would be no.

Since this is a major WP upgrade with over 1,200 bug fixes, incorporation of MU (multiple blog management from one installation), a new standard theme, new menu system and many more upgrades, my recommendation is to wait until you test or hear from the creators of the plugins that are essential to your blog to confirm they are compatible with 3.0 before upgrading.

For example, since Wishlist is the membership plugin we use to run most of our sites (we now use Wishlist for all our membership sites and most every new site we create is a membership site), they have announced an upgrade that is necessary for it to work with WP 3.0. So until that’s available, we’re waiting and will test other essential plugins to insure they work with 3.0 as well. Sometimes one plugin can break your entire blog, so as standard practice, and especially with major upgrades like WP 3.0, we test everything before upgrading. Often I like to wait a few weeks to see feedback from other users as well as plugin authors to see when upgrading makes sense and the chances of trouble are low.

If you do decide to upgrade, I highly recommend backing up your WP database tables using a plugin like WP DB Backup beforehand.

If you’re installing a new blog using Fantastico in CPanel, you’ll need to wait a bit before 3.0 becomes available through that interface. Currently Fantastico is installing and upgrading to 2.9.2. Of course, you can download 3.0 directly from WordPress.org.

Let me know what you think and your experiences with the new 3.0 version of WordPress.

How’s your new year? Have you taken action on your goals? Made a list of projects or started any?

Let me share what I’ve been working on the last 10 days.

After reading Dennis Becker’s guide (several times btw) that I told you about last week, I’ve been inspired to accomplish the following:

created a new membership site launching next week

created a new auto updating affiliate site (Update: 4 days after setting it up – took about 1 hour – it is now #1 on Google for the search keywords I selected and getting almost 100 visits a day)

added 27 new projects to my master project list

in process of completing 4 products, all but 1 in non-IM niches I work in

tweaked 2 projects and doubled revenue on 1 and increased 67% on the other (initial results, most likely will get better over time)

now regularly adding new projects ideas to my master project list (the more the better)

overall increased my average daily income by 24% for just the work I did over the last 10 days

And frankly this was easy and exciting. I plan to continue at a similar pace throughout the year. You can too.

One of the vital lessons I’ve applied from Dennis’ guide is speed.

You have the take action quickly. The faster you move, the faster you either succeed or fail. If you fail, no worries, you either tweak and try again or move on. Since you’re moving quickly you wouldn’t have wasted much time, just reached your successes much faster. That means more revenue… more ongoing, passive income.

How about you?

If you’d like to review the simple although brilliant strategy he lays out and make today the beginning of your best year ever, check it out here. For less than the cost of lunch, you can develop and implement your online marketing strategy and get started today.

I recently ran across two tools that I found quite handy for most any online marketer, and especially bloggers. As you may know, I’m a big fan of tools that make it easier for me to work online and review many applications and scripts that can save me time and money.

The first is a desktop blogger.

It allows you to post to any blog from a software application on your desk. This is really handy if you’re like me and have dozens of blogs you post to regularly and want to have one place you can blog from. The software is especially handy when you get an idea and don’t want to find the blog login screen (or don’t have time) to get the post started. Just pop up this application, start typing, select the blog you want to post to and save it. You can come back to it at any time, edit, add photos, links, and has complete formatting… just like you’re writing a post in WordPress or other blogging platform.

Import your categories once and then select which ones apply to each post before you publish it.

Another neat feature is that you can publish one post to many blogs at the same time, and select different categories to assign to that post in each blog.

You can edit previous posts, create templates to make it easier to write posts quickly, use a built-in notebook for saving ideas, a technorati-like tag generator, frequently used phrase feature, spell check and more that I probably haven’t tried yet. It also supports the new tagging feature in the latest version of WP.

I’m using the application to make this post and have found it to work flawlessly and much more conveniently than logging in to the WP dashboard each time I have an idea for a post. It’s lite and easy to use.

Surprisingly, this software is completely free for personal and commercial use. You can download it at www.blogdesk.org.

The second tool is a combination browser and web site designer (HTML editor).

It’s one of the better WYSIWYG HTML editors I’ve used and can create most any type of web site.

The way this software works is that you can visit any web site (or pull a page off your hard drive) and then edit it in the WYSIWYG editor (you can also view and edit the source HTML code as well for those experienced or wanting to hand code).

You can also create a new page from scratch using the simple editing tools. Just use it like a word processor and you can create anything from simple to sophisticated web sites.

This is a great tool for those without HTML experience that want to create web pages and sites… and a handy tool for those experienced coders that want an easy to use tool to create any kind of web page. Even though I own Dreamweaver and other higher end editors, I’ve found this to be an easier and faster way to edit and create pages. The only downside I’ve run into is on pages that have extensive Javascript and or PHP coding, they sometimes don’t run properly after being edited. This is rare, but something to let you know about. But for straightforward WYSIWYG and HTML code editing, this editor has been a blessing.

The editor, named ‘Composer’ is included with a full Mozilla-based browser, which I found very light, fast and works on every page I’ve viewed. With other browsers growing in size and complexity with every release, this is a welcome alternative for fast browsing with many of the same features of IE and Firefox including tabs, downloads, security and more.

And for the price? …it’s a free, community developed and supported application. A real treat for those looking for an alternative to high priced WYSIWYG editors.

You can download SeaMonkey Project at www.SeaMonkey-Project.org

Make this your best day ever.

To your best success!

Tools to increase your online revenue!

Were you able to grab your copy of 2k in 30 days?

Why should you? Well, I just checked my new eBay Partner account, and one method I cover in the report will net me $500 this month, for 11 minutes of work. That’s $2725 an hour. I’m not telling you to brag, just impress upon you how simple this really is.

All I did was submit a few of these sites to a handful of directories using www.DirectoryTrafficSurge.com to increase the number of backlinks and keep increasing organic search engine results. I literally have done no more than that every month since putting them online. And getting them setup took only a few hours, less than that after the first one.

And this is just one of the four methods I go over. I actually only mentioned three methods on the website, but updated the report at the last minute after getting good results from an additional method I’ve been testing.

I’m certainly grateful for this method and the income it produces. It can be a blessing to anyone working online. To generate additional cash, pay off bills, add an additional income stream to your current online projects or ‘buy’ time to work on your own products which can be the most profitable for you and turn your ‘part time’ business into your ultimate
freedom.

Even if you already have online revenue, who wouldn’t want additional income streams that are passive and only require a few minutes (or less) attention each month? In fact, why wouldn’t everyone want to setup a network of these sites. Isn’t one day of work worth a few hundred to a few thousand dollars in passive revenue -every- month?

I know I do. I’m setting up sites now and will continue because they not only add additional monthly profits, they also help others find what they are looking for. Win win for everyone. What about you?

Grab your copy of 2k in 30 Days at no cost.

And speaking of product creation, we’re only a few days from the release of a new and unique, never before released tool that you can use to create your own product easily… without any technical expertise. Literally if you can point and click you can create a professional product. The barrier to getting your own product created has now been eliminated, allowing anyone to be able to get going quickly. Watch for more details soon.

You CAN do it!

To your best success!

I sometimes chuckle when I run across programs claiming you’ll earn 20k a month, or even 10k in a short period of time. Sure, these numbers (and more) are possible, but they take time and often lots of work.

But when you’re starting out, without a ton of cash, working a job… you need something you can do in an hour or so a day to get you started. Something to get cash coming in and allow you to ‘buy’ time to work on other projects… like your own products (which are the most profitable).

Well, I tested lots of strategies and found a few that worked.

Starting with nothing… no lists, no product and spending only $1 on promotion, I used three strategies, working on average less than 1.5 hours a day.

What were my results?

After 30 days, my earnings were $2,017.60. That’s over $100 an hour for the time I invested. Not bad for starting with nothing.

To learn more, grab the report where I describe what I did:

http://www.2kin30.com

The report is free. You can read it and start using the strategies today.

This will give you a method you can use to raise some extra cash, pay off some bills or start your path to freedom.

http://www.2kin30.com

I trust this will help you get started.

If you’re like me, you understand the value of leveraging semi-exclusive content to get traffic to your sites, fast.

PLR articles is one way to leverage your time, but another overlooked source are datafeeds.

There are thousands of datafeeds available containing millions of products that you can use to build sites that bring fast traffic as was as affiliate commissions.

You can get datafeeds at no cost and build content filled blogs that attract traffic quickly. Google and other search engines love content rich blogs.

But how do you build these blogs without spending days posting thousands of blog posts manually?

This weekend I learned how. It took me under an hour to build a blog that as of this morning already has brought 133 visits and submitted 335 urls to Google. And in fact, Google is already showing some of those pages, all within just a few days.

And search engine bots are busy indexing my site, within hours of setting it up.

You see, I used a tool that allows you to upload a datafeed once, and then it starts building the blog over time, automatically (I’m a big proponent of using tools to help build your business. It just makes sense if you can pass off routine and repetitive work to a script. Your time could be spent in much more valuable and profitable ways). To Google and other engines this shows that fresh content is being added regularly. That’s a perfect recipe for getting indexed fast and starting a flow of traffic as the blog is being built, automatically. In fact, since I setup this blog, it’s grow over 500 pages in just a few days. And all pages are created using semi-exclusive content, images and my affiliate links.

You can do the same. Within hours of reading this you can have a site attracting fast traffic and starting to pull in commissions. And then you can duplicate that as many times you want, setting up hands off, automatic traffic and income sites.

Learn more about the tool I used and recommend to anyone looking to add massive passive income sites to their online business.

Make this your best day ever!

Are you ready for a true innovation that’s taking viral marketing to a new level? Literally, viral marketing on steroids?

Have you taken measures to ensure that you’re the first and not the last? Because, my recommendation is that you better start getting ready for it.

I recently ran across this by chance and it’s about to catch everyone by surprise.

This storm is going to be the latest marketing trend that is already starting to rise in the Internet world and it is going to cause an explosion in the online marketing scene really very soon – it is called S-Buzz Marketing.

So, what’s this buzz all about?

Imagine being able to brand the latest and most useful softwares in the market with your very own affiliate links and distributing and marketing it using viral marketing strategies. And not only just one or two links, the entire software package is brandable, often with up to 7 affiliate links, including banners, and your affiliate links for those interested in branding their own versions.

I’ve been on the Internet Marketing scene for over 10 years – watching and reviewing the latest products, affiliate programs and marketing strategies to help you, and I have to admit that this is something unique and new, innovative for any online business. These types of tools are just not available elsewhere. The potential to help yourself and others – and make a great profit are real.

From what I see, I know it’s set to take viral marketing to a whole new level and this is really something you would want to take a look at before everyone else catches on.

You’ll probably want to grab a copy right away to understand the immense impact that S-Buzz Marketing is going to have in the online marketing industry.

And to unleash the full power of S-Buzz marketing, I recommend you check out the IM Buzz Software Membership which is set to become one of the most powerful membership sites around.

The IM Buzz Software Membership site is designed to help S-Buzz Marketers and given the current membership status, it’s evident that people are starting to realize the extraordinary benefits they’re providing.

As a member, you receive a brand new and top-notched Viral Buzz Software monthly, have access to the latest IM related eBooks and can earn attractive commissions too. There will be exclusive JV opportunities and special discounts on products as well. Tons of benefits in my opinion.

It is bound to drive tons of traffic, exposure and profits for any online business and an opportunity not to pass up.

Join me and others who have already grasped this new marketing revelation now before you’re the last one to catch on to this new viral phenomenon!

I’ve put my money on the line as a member, now it’s your turn. I know you will not be disappointed.

I noticed this article by Yaro Starak and thought it contained excellent tips for newer bloggers looking to increase their traffic. Enjoy!

——-
In every bloggers life comes a special day – the day they first launch a new blog. Now unless you went out and purchased someone else’s blog chances are your blog launched with only one very loyal reader – you. Maybe a few days later you received a few hits when you told your sister, father, girlfriend and best friend about your new blog but that’s about as far you went when it comes to finding readers.

Here are the top 10 techniques new bloggers can use to find readers. These are tips specifically for new bloggers, those people who have next-to-no audience at the moment and want to get the ball rolling.

It helps if you work on this list from top to bottom as each technique builds on the previous step to help you create momentum. Eventually once you establish enough momentum you gain what is called “traction”, which is a large enough audience base (about 500 readers a day is good) that you no longer have to work too hard on finding new readers. Instead your current loyal readers do the work for you through word of mouth.

Top 10 Traffic Tips

10. Write at least five major “pillar” articles. A pillar article is usually a tutorial style article aimed to teach your audience something. Generally they are longer than 500 words and have lots of very practical tips or advice. This article you are currently reading could be considered a pillar article since it is very practical and a good “how-to” lesson. This style of article has long term appeal, stays current (it isn’t news or time dependent) and offers real value and insight. The more pillars you have on your blog the better.

9. Write one new blog post per day minimum. Not every post has to be a pillar, but you should work on getting those five pillars done at the same time as you keep your blog fresh with a daily news or short article style post. The important thing here is to demonstrate to first time visitors that your blog is updated all the time so they feel that if they come back tomorrow they will likely find something new. This causes them to bookmark your site or subscribe to your blog feed.

You don’t have to produce one post per day all the time but it is important you do when your blog is brand new. Once you get traction you still need to keep the fresh content coming but your loyal audience will be more forgiving if you slow down to a few per week instead. The first few months are critical so the more content you can produce at this time the better.

8. Use a proper domain name. If you are serious about blogging be serious about what you call your blog. In order for people to easily spread the word about your blog you need a memorable domain name. People often talk about blogs they like when they are speaking to friends in the real world (that’s the offline world, you remember that place right?) so you need to make it easy for them to spread the word and pass on your URL. Try and get a .com if you can and focus on small easy to remember domains rather than worry about having the correct keywords (of course if you can get great keywords and easy to remember then you’ve done a good job!).

7. Start commenting on other blogs. Once you have your pillar articles and your daily fresh smaller articles your blog is ready to be exposed to the world. One of the best ways to find the right type of reader for your blog is to comment on other people’s blogs. You should aim to comment on blogs focused on a similar niche topic to yours since the readers there will be more likely to be interested in your blog.

Most blog commenting systems allow you to have your name/title linked to your blog when you leave a comment. This is how people find your blog. If you are a prolific commentor and always have something valuable to say then people will be interested to read more of your work and hence click through to visit your blog.

6. Trackback and link to other blogs in your blog posts. A trackback is sort of like a blog conversation. When you write a new article to your blog and it links or references another blogger’s article you can do a trackback to their entry. What this does is leave a truncated summary of your blog post on their blog entry – it’s sort of like your blog telling someone else’s blog that you wrote an article mentioning them. Trackbacks often appear like comments.

This is a good technique because like leaving comments a trackback leaves a link from another blog back to yours for readers to follow, but it also does something very important – it gets the attention of another blogger. The other blogger will come and read your post eager to see what you wrote about them. They may then become a loyal reader of yours or at least monitor you and if you are lucky some time down the road they may do a post linking to your blog bringing in more new readers.

5. Encourage comments on your own blog. One of the most powerful ways to convince someone to become a loyal reader is to show there are other loyal readers already following your work. If they see people commenting on your blog then they infer that your content must be good since you have readers so they should stick around and see what all the fuss is about. To encourage comments you can simply pose a question in a blog post. Be sure to always respond to comments as well so you can keep the conversation going.

4. Submit your latest pillar article to a blog carnival. A blog carnival is a post in a blog that summarizes a collection of articles from many different blogs on a specific topic. The idea is to collect some of the best content on a topic in a given week. Often many other blogs link back to a carnival host and as such the people that have articles featured in the carnival enjoy a spike in new readers.

To find the right blog carnival for your blog, do a search at http://blogcarnival.com.

3. Submit your blog to blogtopsites.com. To be honest this tip is not going to bring in a flood of new readers but it’s so easy to do and only takes five minutes so it’s worth the effort. Go to Blog Top Sites, find the appropriate category for your blog and submit it. You have to copy and paste a couple of lines of code on to your blog so you can rank and then sit back and watch the traffic come in. You will probably only get 1-10 incoming readers per day with this technique but over time it can build up as you climb the rankings. It all helps!

2. Submit your articles to EzineArticles.com. This is another tip that doesn’t bring in hundreds of new visitors immediately (although it can if you keep doing it) but it’s worthwhile because you simply leverage what you already have – your pillar articles. Once a week or so take one of your pillar articles and submit it to Ezine Articles. Your article then becomes available to other people who can republish your article on their website or in their newsletter.

How you benefit is through what is called your “Resource Box”. You create your own resource box which is like a signature file where you include one to two sentences and link back to your website (or blog in this case). Anyone who publishes your article has to include your resource box so you get incoming links. If someone with a large newsletter publishes your article you can get a lot of new readers at once.

1. Write more pillar articles. Everything you do above will help you to find blog readers however all of the techniques I’ve listed only work when you have strong pillars in place. Without them if you do everything above you may bring in readers but they won’t stay or bother to come back. Aim for one solid pillar article per week and by the end of the year you will have a database of over 50 fantastic feature articles that will work hard for you to bring in more and more readers.

This article was contributed by Yaro Starak, a professional blogger that earns over $5000 a month with his blog and one of my blog mentors. He runs the Blog Mastermind mentoring program designed to teach bloggers how to earn a full time income blogging part time.
