Let me share what I’ve been working on the last 10 days.

After reading Dennis Becker’s guide (several times btw) that I told you about last week, I’ve been inspired to accomplish the following:

• created a new membership site launching next week
• created a new auto updating affiliate site (Update: 4 days after setting it up – took about 1 hour – it is now #1 on Google for the search keywords I selected and getting almost 100 visits a day)
• added 27 new projects to my master project list
• in process of completing 4 products, all but 1 in non-IM niches I work in
• tweaked 2 projects and doubled revenue on 1 and increased 67% on the other (initial results, most likely will get better over time)
• now regularly adding new projects ideas to my master project list (the more the better)
• overall increased my average daily income by 24% for just the work I did over the last 10 days

And frankly this was easy and exciting. I plan to continue at a similar pace throughout the year. You can too.

One of the vital lessons I’ve applied from Dennis’ guide is speed.

You have the take action quickly. The faster you move, the faster you either succeed or fail. If you fail, no worries, you either tweak and try again or move on. Since you’re moving quickly you wouldn’t have wasted much time, just reached your successes much faster. That means more revenue… more ongoing, passive income.

Stop checking your email every ten minutes and set aside a few hours a day (or more) of uninterrupted time and focus on the work that will help reach your goals.Automate or Outsource.If there is a script or programmer that can do something that will help you move forward faster, focus on the things that make you mo.ney or can do them better for less than your time is worth, do it. Why spend 8 hours working on graphics if you can either download a collection for a few bucks or pay someone to do it while you work on another project that will bring you more revenue?Passive Revenue.Focus on projects that create passive revenue streams. The more you can setup that automatically create cash, the more time you’ll have to create more passive revenue projects. And when you want to take time off, go away with the family, or do anything you want, just do it without worrying about needing to be at your computer 24/7. Honestly, this is one of the best feelings in the world… having money sent to you every month automatically. All you did was spend a little time setting it up.Enjoy. If you don’t like what you’re doing chances are slim you’ll succeed at it. If you truly don’t like what you’re doing online now I recommend shifting gears to something you do. Of course there will be topics you may not have any passion for, but you can still enjoy them. When you enjoy it’s not work! You’ll work as little or as much as you want and it won’t matter. Well, out of the last 100 sites that were launched using this technique, 53 are #1 and 30 are #2. Today, not 6 months ago, right now. That’s pretty good evidence so far.

I wasn’t aware of how simple this really is and Dave, the author, shows exactly how to do it. He covers the technique thoroughly and it’s well documented. It’s not black hat and you won’t get in trouble… it’s straightforward and from the proof he provides (including a day old video) it works very well.

And as far as I know, this has never been revealed before and has worked consistently for over 2 years without a hitch. That’s important because one of the main questions I get about any new technique that’s been released is whether or not it will last. As we all know, not many IM techniques last long.

From the proof he provides, he normally has an 80% chance of getting a #1 or #2 listing.

Yes, MSN does get less traffic than Google or Yahoo, but you could be a big fish in a smaller pond, and do really well since you’ll have a top ranking. This certainly beats struggling for a first page ranking on other search engines.

And the evidence provided weren’t long tail 5-6 word keywords either. Most of the examples Dave gives in the video are 2 or 3 words, and he was on top in MSN for each of the search results.

You will be offered an option to acquire a script to make part of the setup process more automated. This can be helpful but it’s not necessary to accomplish the same results. I did find other scripts and plugins that were beneficial although not to the same degree as his software. As with most projects, if you can automate any part of it with software you’re better off, saving you time and money.

In addition to the ebook explaining the loophole, there are several videos included as well that answer questions and were helpful.

Tools to increase your online revenue!

First, you can trade your time for money. If you’re working by the hour or on salary, then you are trading your time for a paycheck. This is how most folks make money, by working for others by the hour. Although this seems like a dependable and ‘secure’ income, it puts a cap on how much you can earn. There are only so many hours in a day you can work. And the income is never really secure, your employer can decide at any time to let you go.

Second, you can trade products or information for money. This usually involves buying rights to a product or creating your own information product. This method gives you unlimited income potential, you can create something once and continue to get paid, possibly for a lifetime (at least the lifetime of the product).

If you look at most of the top earning marketers online, what do they have in common? Most, if not all, have at least one or more products of their own.

If you don’t have a product you can sell, or don’t know how to get started, Marlon Sanders has introduced a resource that walks you through creating an information product, step by step, called Info-Product Dashboard.

Marlon’s created something I haven’t found before, a complete blueprint of how to create an information product, an ebook, CD, DVD, audio program… any type of information product in 6 weeks or less. The way Marlon designed it is that you take an action each day, normally around 20-30 minutes, by following his dashboard of steps. He uses easy to follow outlines, screen captures, and video where needed and makes this dead-easy simple.

If you don’t have any of the software tools he recommends, no worries, there are also free alternatives he provides as well. If you don’t have any specific knowledge on a topic to write about, he has a solution. As Marlon puts it, he wants to remove all obstacles that may prevent you from creating your own information product. And I believe he’s accomplished that and more.

If you follow the steps as he’s outlined, you’ll have an information product of your own before you know it. It doesn’t need to take 6 weeks to do it either. Depending on how much time you have available, you can be done in a week or just a few days.

Many times when you mention creating a product it sounds like a huge project and we often feel overwhelmed. Where do I start? What to do next? How do I do that? One of the things I like best about Marlon’s Info-Product Dashboard is that it breaks up the process into a step by step blueprint that’s easy to follow. Six steps a week, follow the dotted lines. As Marlon says, how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time! And that’s how you create an information product of your own, one step at a time.

The ideas are also designed to get you quick cash flow, not 6 months from now.

George writes confidently showing what works. You can use these tips to grow an affiliate business quickly, or add them to your existing online marketing efforts.
