			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you&#8217;re struggling with getting your online business to a full time income&#8230; or even just to get some extra cash flow, here are a few questions to ask yourself.</p>
<p><strong>1- Where is your focus?</strong></p>
<p>Being focused is the number one challenge, not only for IM&#8217;ers, but for anyone trying to reach a goal. In our fast paced and multi-tasking society, it&#8217;s hard to get used to focusing on just one thing&#8230; and most importantly sticking to it.</p>
<p>So many things distract us&#8230; but to really succeed, we need to focus on the strategies we&#8217;ve decided on and stick with them. </p>

<p><strong>2- What are your passions?</strong></p>
<p>If you are focused, but working regularly on topics and methods that don&#8217;t interest you or don&#8217;t get you excited, you&#8217;ll most likely give it up as soon as you run into a challenge (and you will). Being passionate about what you do every day is a big factor to your success.</p>
<p><strong>3- What is your model?</strong></p>
<p>How do you monetize your business? Are you selling a product, promoting others products or earning from advertising? Which model suits your personality best? Try them out and see which works best for you.</p>
<p><strong>4- What is your strategy?</strong></p>
<p>How do you plan to implement your business model? Both in general terms and specific steps as well. Get a handle on what&#8217;s first, next, and each step in the process.</p>
<p>Ask yourself these questions and decide what direction you want to take. Be honest with yourself and see what path suits you and your interests, personality and time schedule best. </p>
<p>Focus is most important since it&#8217;s easy to be distracted by &#8216;shiny new things&#8217; in your email every day. Success doesn&#8217;t come from &#8216;a little here and a little there&#8217;, it&#8217;s essential to give time to your main business and work it until it works&#8230; or shift to a new one.</p>
<p>Commit to setting aside time daily for your business  and take action, one step at a time. If what your working on right now isn&#8217;t bringing you closer to your goals, stop and get focused on activities that do.</p>
